3. Build your product for that niche.

5. Continue building your product for that niche.

6. Interview customers who are successful with your product in that niche.

7. Continue building your product for that niche.

8. If you reach 50% saturation in your niche, consider repeating this process for another niche.

9. Optimize your processes so you can increase profitability.

10. Simplify your business constantly.
