I wish everyone could experience the joy of building a financially successful business that makes people’s days. That’s what we have built with Interact. The quiz software company I co-founded at UCLA 14 years ago. Every single day, our software unlocks business growth for companies who lead with empathy. Because you kind of have to in order to be successful with a quiz. It’s just too personal to not be an empathetic person and use it successfully. As a result, the conversations I have with the creators who use are product are full of delight. They are deeply thoughtful human beings whose top motivator is to be helpful to others. It’s what keeps me going after nearly a decade and a half of running the same company. And I think today, in the age of AI panic, thinking about how to connect on a human level matters more than ever before in history.
