You’ve built a financially successful business. But it feels like it runs you. The joy you once felt in building now feels like an endless list of obligations. I feel you. This was the scenario I found myself in with the company I co-founded, Interact. Years in, feeling like there were so many burdens and no more fun. But then things turned around. Today I wake up excited to work on the business. I am energized by the team I get to work with. And it doesn’t feel weighty. It’s almost like a restart, but without having to start over.
